Program Enrollment and Access‍

When you enroll in our program, we will create a customer account for you using your provided name, email address, and payment information. You will receive access details for your chosen program, which will be delivered through our online portal. All coaching sessions will be conducted via telephone, Zoom, Skype, or another mutually agreed-upon platform.

Payment Terms‍

By entering this agreement, you agree to pay the full program membership fees. We accept electronic payments through Stripe and PayPal. If your payment fails or becomes overdue, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the program and pursue collection efforts, including reasonable legal fees.

Financial Commitment‍

Your enrollment represents a commitment to the full financial investment in the program. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances and are due regardless of your level of participation.

Termination, Cancellation, and Refunds‍

Due to the nature of our membership program, which includes proprietary materials developed through extensive expertise, no refunds or money-back guarantees will be issued under any circumstances. You acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of purchase.

Client Agreement‍

You agree to the membership plan presented at the point of sale, recognizing it as a final, non-negotiable offer. Should any payment issues arise, you agree to resolve them directly with our support team at support@byebyepanic.com and not through chargebacks or bank disputes. If your credit card expires, you must provide updated payment details to maintain access to the program. Failure to do so may result in suspended access until payments are current.

Representations and Warranties‍

By signing this agreement, you confirm that you are fully committed to the program and will prioritize your recovery journey. You understand that the value you receive depends on the effort you invest. You also acknowledge that the materials provided are the result of years of expertise and agree to treat them with respect. Additionally, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Confidentiality‍

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information. However, please note that coaching communications are not legally privileged. We may disclose information if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, cases of abuse or neglect, or if required by law.

Protection of Materials‍

All program materials, including outlines, concepts, and other resources, are proprietary. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use them for financial gain. Unauthorized sharing, replication, or private outreach to other members is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights‍

Bye Bye Panic retains full ownership of all intellectual property, including program content, materials, and methodologies. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Recording sessions or calls is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and permanent banning from all programs.

Non-Solicitation Clause‍

During and after your participation in the program, you agree not to solicit other members for consulting services, products, or competing coaching programs. Any breach of this clause may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and monetary damages, as well as removal from the program.

‍General Terms

‍We reserve the right to update these terms with notice. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
